HYPNOTHERAPY

Hypnotherapy is the application of hypnotic techniques in such a way as to bring about therapeutic changes. During hypnosis, the conscious mind is calmed and quietened so that communication with the inner mind can take place, giving access to powerful inner resources

 What to expect during a hypnosis session

During the first session I will ask some general questions about your health and lifestyle where you are assured of complete confidentiality. This is a time for you as the client, to achieve a feeling of comfort and ease. You will have the opportunity to talk about your problems, beginning the first step on the road to your own awareness of possible solutions.

 In the hypnosis session you are led by my voice into a state of relaxation of mind and body. You will feel deeply relaxed but remain conscious enough to be aware. In this state, certain parts of your mind are more receptive to beneficial change.

 You will always remain in control and will be perfectly capable of ending the session should you feel uncomfortable.
